2. Delivery Requirements

All deliveries require:

  • Access for a large freight vehicle (18-wheeler or equivalent)
  • A safe unloading area (driveway, garage, or loading bay)
  • Customer presence at delivery (or authorized receiver)
  • Inspection before signing delivery confirmation

If your location is not accessible to a large truck, additional arrangements may be required.

3. Shipping Methods

🚚 Curbside Delivery (Standard)

This is the most common delivery method.

  • Delivered on a pallet to your driveway or entrance
  • No unboxing or setup included
  • Garage placement possible if accessible and level
  • Commercial deliveries dropped at loading dock

✔ Best for most residential and business deliveries

🏠 Inside Delivery (No Assembly) – Accessible

  • Delivered inside your home or business
  • Placed in the room of your choice
  • No unpacking or assembly included
  • Customer must disclose stairs or access limitations

🏠 Inside Delivery (No Assembly) – Restricted Access

  • Includes small truck surcharge where required
  • Inside delivery to chosen room
  • No assembly or setup included
  • Stairs or difficult access must be declared before delivery

🔧 Inside Delivery with Assembly – Accessible

  • Inside delivery to room of choice
  • Basic setup included (legs installed, backbox raised)
  • No gameplay setup or accessories installed
  • Customer installs optional extras (lighting kits, toppers, etc.)

🔧 Inside Delivery with Assembly – Restricted Access

  • Same as above with additional freight surcharge
  • Used for locations where large trucks cannot access
  • Must be arranged prior to shipping

4. Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Actual delivery times depend on:

  • Product availability
  • Payment confirmation
  • Freight scheduling
  • Delivery location

Typical Timeframes:

  • In-stock machines: 3–10 business days
  • Refurbished machines: 1–3 weeks (testing & preparation required)
  • Special orders / imports: variable lead times

Expedited delivery may be available on request.

5. Order Processing

Before shipping:

  • Orders must be fully paid or approved for financing
  • Machines are inspected and tested before dispatch
  • Refurbished machines may require additional preparation time

You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

6. Delivery Inspection Policy

Customers must inspect all deliveries before signing acceptance.

If damage is visible:

  • Note it on the delivery receipt
  • Take clear photos
  • Report it immediately to our support team

Failure to report damage at delivery may affect claims processing.

7. Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused without valid reason:
