Every machine undergoes a detailed refurbishment and service process to ensure it is fully operational and presented in outstanding cosmetic condition.

Refurbishment Process Includes:

• Complete inspection and servicing of all electronic boards
• Burnt connectors repaired or replaced where necessary
• Fuses checked with correct fuse ratings installed for safety
• Cabinet interior vacuumed and exterior professionally cleaned
• Full playfield teardown, cleaning, and polishing
• Plastics, ramps, and mechanisms thoroughly cleaned and inspected
• Plastic ramps flame-polished to restore original clarity and appearance
• Flippers rebuilt with new plungers, links, and coil stops for maximum power and responsiveness
• All rubber rings replaced
• New light bulbs installed throughout the machine
• All switches checked, adjusted, or replaced where necessary
• All coils and mechanical assemblies inspected and serviced
• New tempered playfield glass installed
• New leg levelers fitted

Pinball Machines South Africa strives for 100% customer satisfaction; however, due to the nature of pinball machines and arcade equipment:

• All sales are final
• All machines are sold AS-IS with a 6-month warranty
• Returns and cancellations authorized by Pinball Machines South Africa are subject to a 25% restocking fee
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email within 24 hours of the initial order to qualify for a full refund
• Deposits are non-refundable
